Data Scientist

Job Responsibilities: ● Applying your quantitative, data mining, and presentation skills in helping the business to understand growth drivers and identify opportunities for optimization ● Build statistical/machine learning models to match products and stores(users nearby) through advanced data algorithms. ● Improve the platform’s efficiency on turnover through strategies based on product and store profiling. ● Independent analytic thinking. Be able to solve business problems by leveraging the data. 岗位职责： 1. 通过数据算法能力，驱动企业增长，发现商业模式中的优化机会 2. 基于产品数据和用户到店取件行为数据进行数据挖掘建模，实现精准营销 3. 基于产品画像和店铺画像，配合策略提升库存周转率以及平台效率 4. 有自己独立的分析思路和见解，能够结合商业场景应用自己的算法知识解决具体问题

Required Skills: ● Solid foundation in computer science, math or software engineering. Experienced on mathematics modeling is preferred ● Strong Proficiency in SQL, Experience with data science coding languages such as Python(preferred), R, Matlab,SAS etc. ● Familiar with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow/PyTorch/Caffe,etc. Able to understand the details of some basic machine learning algorithms ● Interest in End to End experience with data, including querying, modeling & analytics,visualization & presentation & documentation ● Self-motivated, quick learning, hands-on, relentlessly focused on impact, and able to operate under a great deal of independence ● Good problem solving mindset 岗位要求： 1. 本科以上 计算机、数学、物理相关专业背景，有数学建模经验 2. 熟练使用SQL提取数据，至少熟练掌握一门建模编程语言，精通python者优先 3. 熟悉主流深度学习框架，如TensorFlow/Pytorch/Caffe. 优秀的建模和数据挖掘能力，对目前机器学习等主流算法的具体原理基本了解，对数据敏感 4. 对端对端的数据项目感兴趣，包括数据抓取，建模，分析优化，可视化结果展示等等 5. 具备很强的自我驱动和结果导向意识，具备较强的创新能力和学习能力 6. 有较强的解决问题的能力和思路
